Between 1941 and 1944, Fogarassy Institute for Girl from Gyergyószentmiklós assured the continuation of teacher formation in North Transylvania and Szeklerland. Despite his short history, this institute represented the highest level of high school teaching in Gyergyó region. The IInd World War and the instauration of the communism had ended the institution’s activity, although this school could have been a very successful one.
